Rodrigo Malvar  is a performer and sound artist.

Born  in  1977,  he  currently  resides and works at Aguda.

My practice and research is creating and challenging various types of sonic and physical encounters of the body with the space.

Explore the modulation of voice, breathing spaces and concavities, building and mapping different "ressonant architectures" of the human body that interact with the sonic identity of the space.

Question borders, promoting the dialogue between acoustic body, sound and architecture. Providing physical and relational encounters between space of production and space for sound reception. Looking for another perception of hearing and other senses and thus understandings of the content of Language.
